1. SAMPLE SUBMISSION REGULATIONS:
Clients are solely responsible for the authenticity and representativeness of submitted samples. Greentech Analysis receives, blind-codes, and retains control samples for 30 days following certificate issuance.
2. STANDARDS & LEGAL VALIDITY:
All analytical tests follow QCVN, TCVN, ISO/IEC 17025:2017, CODEX, or internationally recognized method standards (AOAC, EN). Test results stated on certificates possess legal validity specifically for the received sample.
3. TURNAROUND TIME & REPORTING:
Average analytical turnaround ranges from 3 to 7 working days depending on parameters. Results are delivered as Digital Test Certificates featuring digital signatures and anti-counterfeiting QR codes.
4. PAYMENT & PRICING:
Clients settle testing fees according to published price lists or signed service contracts prior to official report release.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In the event of a result dispute, Greentech Analysis will re-analyze retained control samples. Liability (if any) is strictly capped at the service testing cost of the disputed sample.
