Testing Process
A precise 5-step testing process ensuring reliable results.
1. Sampling Registration
Customer submits sample type, target parameters (Sudan Dye, Cadmium, Pesticides...), location, and schedule.
2. Accounting & Quotation
Confirm pricing quotation, log customer data, and process advance payment prior to field sampling.
3. Operations Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule field sampling logistics according to customer location.
4. Blind Sample Coding
Assign unique anonymized tracking codes to eliminate bias and ensure 100% analytical objectivity.
5. Sampler Dispatch
Assign qualified sampling technicians equipped with standard preservation and sealing kits.
6. Field Sampling Execution
Execute BM01/BM03 forms, seal samples, and capture 5 mandatory photographic evidences (Area code, Packing code, Vehicle, Container, Seal).
7. Laboratory Transit
Maintain cold chain (2-8°C) transport back to Greentech Analysis laboratory for mass spectrometry analysis.
